Delivery & Returns

Awardrobe offers a couple of delivery options to rent, purchase and try women's clothes and we have a simple method to returning items. Read below to learn more about our delivery and returns policy. For more information, please refer to our FAQs or contact us with your questions.

Delivery

We offer FREE standard UK shipping, including the return on ALL Rental items and on purchasable Subscription items. You can expect to receive your item(s) in 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you can request next day delivery at a fee. We only ship outside of the UK on Subscription orders.

Returns

On the Rental return day, pack the item(s) in the same packaging the item(s) were delivered in. For ALL returns, use the return labels provided found in the packaging and place on the bag or parcel. Return the packaged bag or parcel at your local post office/access point or arrange a courier to collect from your door.

Cashback Returns

Any pre-worn, old and/or unwanted clothes can be returned for cashback to use with your next Awardrobe purchase on the Subscription. You will be informed of the cashback offer before shipping. Please download and complete the form below, which must be emailed to customerexperience@theawardrobe.com.
